Where is my data kept?
On your phone. There is no account; your study history, mock exams and flashcard lists are stored on the device. With Premium, turning on iCloud backup also keeps a copy in your own iCloud account.
I’m getting a new phone. How do I move my data?
On the old phone, go to Ayarlar → Yedekleme → Yedeği Dışa Aktar (Settings → Backup → Export Backup) and send the file to the new phone with AirDrop or Files. On the new phone, choose Ayarlar → Yedekleme → Yedekten Geri Yükle (Restore from Backup).
With Premium and “iCloud’a Yedekle” (Back up to iCloud) turned on, your data arrives on its own once you sign in with the same Apple Account.
How do I unlock Premium on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Ayarlar → Satın Alımları Geri Yükle (Restore Purchases) in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app, tap Ayarlar → Aboneliği Yönet (Manage Subscription), or open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name and go to Subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What is the difference between yearly and Lifetime?
The yearly subscription renews every year and its first 7 days are free. Lifetime is a one-time payment; Premium stays on for that Apple Account for good.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and choose “Sınav Saati”. You can start and stop the timer from the widget without opening the app, and add it to the Lock Screen and Control Center too.
How do I use it with Siri?
Say “Sınav Saati sayacını başlat” (start the timer), “Sınav Saati sayacını durdur” (stop it), “Sınav Saati sınava kaç gün kaldı” (days left) or “Sınav Saati ile bugün ne kadar çalıştım” (today’s total). The same actions are in the Shortcuts app and can go on the Action button.
Notifications aren’t arriving.
First check that reminders are on in the app under Ayarlar → Bildirimler (Notifications). Then check that notifications are allowed in the iPhone Settings app under Apps → Sınav Saati → Notifications. An active Focus can also silence them.
I left the timer running. How do I fix the time?
In İlerleme → Çalışma Takvimi (Progress → Study Calendar), pick the day and tap Düzenle (Edit) to correct its time subject by subject. Turn on “Unutulan Sayaç Uyarısı” (forgotten-timer alert) under Ayarlar → Bildirimler and we’ll let you know when the timer runs longer than you chose.
What is “Inkless ile Yazdır”?
If the Inkless app is installed, you can print your progress card on a thermal printer: tap the share button on the İlerleme (Progress) screen and choose “Inkless ile Yazdır” (Print with Inkless).
